  • 2 Cool pepper - sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil - sliced
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper

Red Sauce

  • 1 Spoon oil
  • 1 Spoon Butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 1/4 Spoon paprika
  • 1/4 Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Spoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate molasses

White sauce

  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup water
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • garlic
  • Caraway
  • bread
  • pine

In the frying pan

  • oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 Chili Pepper - sliced
  • Sheep Liver - wash completely without cutting then we cut into slices
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander

Preparation

1- First we prepare the red sauce

2- We saute the garlic in oil or butter

3- Add tomato paste and stir

4- We add spices and water. Leave to boil for two mins and then add pomegranate molasses and raise To make the liver

5- We saute the vegetables then raise and in the same fryer we saute garlic, ginger, in oil until yellow

6- We add hot pepper then stir then add liver and stir until color changes

7- Add spices and continue to stir but don't take long In the presentation plate

8-We spread bell pepper and on it the liver and some red sauce, white sauce pine nuts and fried bread.
