1- To prepare the meat, take out the skin and fat, then wash and dry
Mix the spices then add to cover the entire meat, saute from all sides, add water then cover with foil and place in the oven at 130 degrees for at least 6 hours
Take out the meat and shred using a fork, add a little beef broth with barbecue and worcestershire sauce.
2- Preparing the mushroom sauce
Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil until cooked
Add mushrooms, stir for 6 minutes on medium heat until cooked
Add spices, parsley, cream and chicken broth and leave for 5 minutes on low heat until cooked.
3-In the burger bun
Place the meat, topping it with mushroom and cheese sauce, coleslaw salad, grilled onions and jalapenos
Note : Boil the cream and milk while adding the cheese and spices, whisk until creamy. Pick up and cover until used
