Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boksmat
  • tsp. mixed spices
  • tsp. Red Pepper
  • tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tbsp. broccoli
  • 1 Medium Potatoes
  • 3 piece Chopped Chicken Breasts
  • 2 pack Fresh Flat Bread
  • 3 piece salt

Preparation

1- Peel the potatoes and cut it into 4 parts then boiled it with water and salt then remove it and mash it then add black pepper.

2- Stir onion, garlic, chicken, and spices on a pan until its color change then add cool pepper and stir then remove it from fire.

3- cut the bread ends until you get rectangle shape.

4- put on bread layer on a foil then brush 2 spoons of mash potato, 2 spoons chicken and finally 2 spoons mozzarella cheese.

5- fold the bread and press it to make sure that the stuffing is firmed inside then cover it with the foil and put in in freeze for 15 minutes.

6- Remove  the foil and cut the bread into 3 centimeter.

7- dip the bread in eggs and rusk then put it back in the freeze for 15 min.

8- fry the bread on medium fire till golden.
