Baked potatoes in French dressing

Ingredients

Topping

  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 1/4 cup Ranch
  • 1 Spoon mayonnaise
  • 1 Spoon mustard

In the tray

  • 1 head onion, sliced
  • 2 Spoon Parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Somak
  • 6 piece Potatoes - chopped into slices and fried (air or oil frying)

Filling ingredients

  • 3 piece Chicken Breast - Cut into Cubes
  • 2 Spoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 head onion, finely chopped
  • pinch of mixed spices
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of paprika
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 2 Cool pepper - coloured chopped into slices
  • 1 cup cabbage - chopped smoothly

Preparation

1- Fry garlic, onion, spices and the chicken breast in oil until they get Sami cooked. 
2- Add tomato puree, vegetables and mix it then leave on the side 

 

In the tray

3- Spread onion. Basil and SUMAC then add 
half of the potatoes quantity
half of the filling quantity
the Rest of the potatoes 
the Rest of filling 

4- In a bowl, Mix the topping ingredients and spread it on the top of the full tray. 
5- Wrap the full tray with foiling paper. Bake it for 30 min in 180 c0 oven 
6- Serve it either with rice or bread
