Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Sheep Liver - Medium size
  • cream cheese
  • flatbreads - Wraps or pagets
  • lettuce - slices

Dressing

  • 3 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 3 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mixed spices
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Caraway
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder

Rest of ingredients

  • 3 Spoon oil
  • 1 head onion, diced
  • 2 Spoon Chopped Green Coriander
  • 1 Hot Green Pepper - chopped

Preparation

1- cut the liver into small pieces and wash it then place it in a drainer to get rid of all the water for 10 min

2- when time is up, Add the seasoning and mix it well with the chopped liver.

3- Heat up the flat pan _ the big pan is better -

4- Add the oil and the liver and mix it while it is on a high flame Until it gets well done cooked.

5- Add the vegetables to the liver and mix it for two minutes then switch the cooker off

6- On the prep table, Divide the bread into two parts and brush it with cheese cream, spread lettuce and liver and wrap it all together.

7- Place it the wrapped liver in a tray and roast it on the flat pan until it gets reddish.
