Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 25 falafel patries
  • 4 piece eggplant - cut into small pieces and fried
  • 4 piece potatoe - cut and roasted in oven
  • Arabic bread - cut and toasted in an oven

Pesto sauce

  • 4 tbsp. Parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Mints
  • 2 Spoon almond - or toasted pine
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Chili Pepper

yogurt and tahini sauce

  • 2 can yogurt - full cream
  • 3 tbsp. tahini
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt

Preparation

1- In a serving pan, spread the potatoes.

2- Mix the half amount of the pesto sauce with the eggplants and spread it in the pan.

3- Crumble the falafel and spread it in the pan.

4- Spread the yogurt and tahini sauce, then the toasted bread.

5- Garnish with the rest of pesto sauce and pomegranate.
