Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 600 g Minced Meat
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion - minced
  • tsp. paprika

Spices

  • 1 tsp. mixed spices
  • tsp. garlic - powder
  • tsp. cinnamon
  • tsp. black pepper

Red Sauce

  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  • cup water
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 1 onion - slices
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • salt

Vermicelli Rice

  • 1 cup Pakistani vermicelli
  • 2 tbsp. Margarine
  • 2 cup Drenched Egyptian Rice

Preparation

1- Blender all first layr ingradiant for 1 minutes or until combain together. Butter the foam pan , then sprink some flour onit .

2- after that, mix second layer ingrediants , then sprinkle it over the batter, without pressed.

3- put in oven on 170 F for 30 minutes , then baked for a little .

4- prepare Toffee: gently heat the cream, sugar and butter together in a small pan until the sugar is dissolved.

5- Bring to the boil and then cook, uncovered for 4 minutes, until golden. Do not stir.

6- Leave to cool. When cold, beat in the icing sugar until smooth. Put it over cake.

1- Prepare meatballs: combaine minced onion and spices with beef, then form them into balls.

2- Heat oil in a frying pan , then add half of meat ballls to fry. Repeat with the rest of meat balls.

3- Prepare the red sauce: in the same frying pan, saute onions and garlic until softened .

4- Add tomatoes, and tomatoes paste, then cover and cook for 5 minutes.

5- After that , Add meatballs , Cook on medim heat for 20 minutes.

6- Prepare rice : saute Vermicelli in ghee until become brown , then add rice and stir for few secondes

7- When sarving: toasted pine nuts to put them on top OR you can add them to the mixture of the meatballs.
