  • 6 slices toast bread
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. thyme
  • bunch crisphead lettuce
  • 1 bunch lettuce
  • cup Parmesan cheese - shredded

Dressing ( 1 )

  • cup mayonnaise
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • tsp. black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Dressing ( 2 )

  • 3 tbsp. yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Ranch sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

 

1- Brush two sides of Toast with olive oil , then sprinkle some Thyme on it .

2- Baked until become brown and dry completely.

3- Put Dressing NO. 1 in food processing , Mix it , ( You can change with Dressing NO. 2 )

4- When serving : Add dressing on lettuce with fried or roasted chicken , end with toasted bread.
