1- In pot , boiling water .
2- Lightly crush spices using a mortar and pestle (or a plastic bag and rolling pin). Do not powder them.
3- Add crushed spices and ginger in the pot , and bring them to boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
4- Add tea and sugar , and continue boiling .
5- Add evaporated milk , until boiling, remove it from the heat , Served Hot .
