Ingredients

  • 1 chicken - cut into 4 pieces

Rest of ingredients

  • 1 head onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes - mixed
  • 2 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • Crushed Spices
  • Dried Lime
  • Bay Laurel Leaves
  • 6 piece cardamom
  • 3.1/5 cup rice - washed american rice

Chicken Dressing

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp. mixed spices
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. Barbekeo Sauce
  • 1/2 lemon juice

In Blender

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Mints
  • fresh coriander
  • Hot Green Pepper
  • lemon juice - or vinegar
  • salt

Preparation

1- Mix chicken with marinate and leave for half an hour or more

2- In a pressure cooker saute the onions until it becomes golden then add chicken and stir

3- Open and add the rice, chilli pepper and close it again on rice option
