Chicken Dressing

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. tomatoes puree
  • 3 tbsp. light soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Turmeric Powder

For Flavoring mixture "soaking"

  • 1200 g chicken
  • 2 liter water
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • Lemon - Sliced

Preparation

1-We soak the chicken in the soak mix from 2 hours to an entire night in the fridge then we take it and clean it under a faucet.

2-We remove the back rope and the extra pieces and stab with a knife.

3-Mix the marination and spread it on both sides.

4-Place it in an oven tray

(pour under it 2 cups of rosemary water or leaves depending on taste (we can use this broth for cooking)

5-Place in the oven from bottom at 200 for an hour then we toast from top, we can marinate with the rest of the sauce again before toasting

1- In a pot on the fire we caramelize the onions until it becomes dark brown

2- Then we add the burgel and stir for 2mins

3- Then add the lentil with its water and vermicelli

4- Cummin, salt and boiled water

5- Cover and cook like kabsa until cooked

6- Served with cucumber yogurt salad
