Ingredients

Stuffing

  • 2 piece Chicken Breast - boiled and shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup carrot - shredded
  • 1 cup spring onion - minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Dough

  • 4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. Instant Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1.1/2 cup liquid milk

On the surface

  • egg yolks
  • 1 Spoon milk
  • pinch of Vanilla - or Nescafe
  • somsom - Roasted

Preparation

1-Place all the dough ingredients in a mixer and mix for 8 mins and leave to fermante for 45 mins then spread and cut into circles

2-Mix the filling and fill the dough and close, and make it into balls and place on the oven tray and in the middle place a small pyrex against the heat and cover leave for 15 mins then place in the oven at 200 degrees from bottom and top until baked
