Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pack orzo - (400g) we toast it with two teaspoons of oil and we add water and salt. Leave it cook until cooked (the more its roasted the longer it will take to cook)

Topping

  • 1 can thick cream
  • 2 tbsp. Creamy Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. water

Stuffing

  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 450 g Chicken Breasts - cut into cubes
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • Oorgano
  • salt
  • 2 carrot - cut long
  • 3/4 cup corn
  • 2 Cool pepper - cut into small cubes
  • 2 eggplant - cut into cubes and fried
  • 1/2 cup water
  • pinch of white pepper
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • dry mint
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

1- We cook the chicken with the vegetables following the lead

2- We add on it the ingredients and we stir it together

3- We spread it on the oven tray and we spread on it the topping with cheese and place in the oven at 180 degrees from under for 25mins
