1- Add all ingredients to a dough mixer and mix until it's soft as possible
2- Leave until it rises for at least half an hour
3- Place all covering ingredients in a pot and cook for 3mins, raise and leave aside until cool
4- Roll the dough by hand and cut using a wheel cutter, cutting into cubes. Shape the dough into balls with an option of adding Kiri cheese if you’d like
5- Roll it over the covering prepared earlier
6- Pour ⅔ of caramel into the pan and spread pecans all on it, spread the dough and then press 7- on the edges using your fingertips gently. Leave for 15mins, then add the rest of the caramel and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 17mins
8-Take out and leave for 5mins. Then flip the pan, tap on the top until it all comes down and remove the pan.
Mix together and put on fire until boiling then raise
