Ingredients

For the Meat filling

  • Solo sambusa - in oven
  • 300 g Minced Meat
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of paprika
  • pinch of Caraway
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Spoon tomatoes puree - optional
  • 3 tbsp. water - when needed
  • 8 piece mushroom - sliced
  • 3/4 cup onion - fried onions
  • 3 tbsp. jalapeno pepper
  • cheddar cheese - Shredded
  • 3 tbsp. Minced Parsley - optional

For pasting

  • Egg
  • 1 Spoon milk
  • somsom

Chicken filling with buffalo sauce

  • 3 Chopped Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 carrot - shredded carrots
  • 1.1/2 cup cabbage - slices
  • 3 tbsp. Buffalo Sauce
  • slices cheese - cut in quarters

Preparation

1-For meat filling

-Sauté onions, garlic and add beef and on a low fire for 7mins then add mushrooms and stir for an additional 5 mins.

-Add onions and stir 2mins and lift off and let cool down

-When filling add jalapenos, parsley and cheese and mix together then fill in the sambusa and grease with egg, place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20mins.

 

2-For chicken filling

-Sauté onions and garlic until fully grilled, add chicken and stir

-Add spiceses, carrots, cabbage and lastly add buffalo or nandos sauce and raise

-Fill the puff with a quarter of cheese squares and chicken and fry in oil at 170 degrees until red
