  • 1 can vine leaves

Stuffing

  • 1.1/2 cup rice
  • 250 g Minced Meat
  • 2 Tomatoes - minced
  • 1 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 1 onion - minced
  • 2 spring onion - minced
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup Minced Parsley
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. Caraway
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp. Crushed Pepper
  • 1 tsp. black pepper - bowder
  • 1 tsp. Dried Lime
  • 1 tsp. salt

Sauce

  • 4 cups water
  • 130 g tomatoes puree
  • 2 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 1 tbsp. Mints - minced mint
  • 1 tbsp. dill - minced
  • 1/2 Spoon Dried Lime
  • 1/2 Spoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon salt
  • 1 lemon juice

In the pan

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 250 g meat - pieces
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Caraway
  • mixed spices
  • 3 piece Dried Lime
  • 3 piece Red Pepper - hot chilis
  • onion - rings
  • Tomatoes - rings

Preparation

1. Mix stuffing ingredients and stuff grape leaves in a pentagon shape as shown in video.

2. In a pressure cooker, saute onion and garlic with oil, and mix in spices. Turn off heat. Place onion, tomato rings, dried lime, chilli peppers and grape leaves on top.

3. Mix sauces and pour into the pressure cooker and turn on the cooker for 25-30mins or depending on grape leaves type.
