Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 700 g narrow -barred Spanish mackerel - sliced

On the surface

  • Toasted Pine
  • fresh coriander

Fish Seasoning

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Fish Spices
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp. pomegranate molasses
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt

In the tray

  • slices Tomatoes
  • slices potatoes
  • slices onion
  • slices Cool pepper

Cooked tahena mixture

  • 1 slices onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 Spoon olive oil
  • 1 slices Hot Green Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Caraway
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

For Tahena mixture

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1.1/4 cup water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. white vinegar

Preparation

1- Season the fish then place it on the top of the vegetables

2- Cover the tray with foil and bake it for 40 minutes

3- Take the foil off and roast the surface

4- Fry onion in olives oil then add paprika, cumin and hot pepper

5- Add tahena and bring the mixture to boil then leave it on a side.

6- In the serving plate, Place white rice with peas or just basmati rice.

7- Place the fish on the top of the rice.

8- Decorate it with coriander and pine.
