1- Boil the potatoes in water and salt for 30 minutes then smash it
2- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all and leave it on aside.
3- Fry onion with olives oil, salt, herbs, chicken and tomatoes puree until it gets cooked.
4- Add coriander then cook it for a couple of minutes. be sure that the mixture is a bit dry.
5- Shape the dough as balls then make a hole in the middle and stuff it with the chicken mixture then dip it in egg and boksmat.
6- Fry it in oil

* You can spray it with oil and fry it in the air fryer.
