1- Place all the ingredients in the dough mixer except flour and mix it for seconds, then add half amount of flour, and beat for about 7 minutes and then add the remaining flour until flour disappears.
2- Leave the dough to ferment and start to prepare the stuffing.
3- To prepare stuffed-spinach: heat the pan and add garlic and onion with olive oil until the onion wilts, then add salt, black pepper, spinach, and stir then remove pan from heat; stir in dill, spinach, and feta cheese. After that add sumac and lemon then filter the liquids.
4-Take part from the dough and unroll it then cut it into square shape.
5- The second stuffing is Libnah shaped like boats.
6- The third stuffing is to take part from the dough then unroll it and cut into tringles then stuffed it with cheese shaped like croissant.
7- The fourth stuffing unroll the dough then brush it with cream cheese and Zatar.
8- The last is the normal stuffed- pizza.
9- Place the pies in the pastry tray and butter the dough with eggs and brush sesame and black bean.
10- Bake it for 10 minutes (200 F⁰)
