Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cup flour
  • salt
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Stock

  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 1 Kilo meat - lamb meat
  • 1 tsp. mixed spices
  • 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 piece Tomatoes - smashed
  • 2 tbsp. tomatoes puree
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Beans
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 2 Large Aubergine - Diced
  • 2 zucchini - chopped into quarters
  • 1 cup Pumpkin, diced
  • 4 piece Chili Pepper - chopped into quarters
  • Dried Lime

Preparation

1- Fry meat, garlic, onion, oil and herbs until the meat color gets changed.

2- Add tomato, tomatoes puree and water then boil it for almost 30 minutes

3- In another pan, add flour, salt and water then beat them all to get nice dough

4- Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes

 5- Spread the dough then cut it into small pieces

6- Add all the vegetables to the meat pan then cook it for a while

7- Add the dough gradually while the soup is boiling

8- Cook it while the pan is covered for 30 minutes on medium heat cooker

 

9- Serve it as moist dish –with bit of soup-
