1- Separate the two layers of each pita bread slieces and cut into squares, then fry or roast.
2- Soak the chickpeas overnight and then cooked them on medium heat for two hours and season with salt and cumin.
3- Whisk the yogurt and tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin, and salt.
4- In the serving dish, place hummus and a little of chickepea cooking water and then the bread.
5- Then put the yogurt mixture and heated ghee and garnish with parsley and pine nuts .
