  • 3 cups chick peas - keep boiling water,cooked
  • 3 cans yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 tsp. Caraway - ground
  • cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 slices Flat Bread
  • 3 tbsp. Toasted Pine
  • 2 tbsp. Hot Margarine - optional

Decoration

  • leaves Parsley

Preparation

1- Separate the two layers of each pita bread slieces and cut into squares, then fry or roast.

2- Soak the chickpeas overnight and then cooked them on medium heat for two hours and season with salt and cumin.

3- Whisk the yogurt and tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin, and salt.

4- In the serving dish, place hummus and a little of chickepea cooking water and then the bread.

5- Then put the yogurt mixture and heated ghee and garnish with parsley and pine nuts .
