  • 1/4 Kilo Fresh Shrimp
  • 4 cloves garlic - minced
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • tsp. Red Pepper - dried and crushed
  • salt
  • 6 leaves lettuce - chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes - diced
  • 1 cucumber - slices
  • 1 Lemon - juice
  • 1 Lime - juice

Preparation

1- Heat oil , fry garlic to become brown , add crushed and ground  pepper , and salt.

2- Add shrimps , stir on n high heat for 3 minutes.

3- Put it aside, then add lemon juice .

4- In Serving Plate, Add lettuce, cucumbers ,and tomatoes, then add shrimps. with the sauce in frying pan on it .
