1- Fry garlic, ginger and onion in oil
2- Add meat and mix it all until the meat get coloured
3- Add spices
4- Add smashed tomatoes and tomatoes puree
5- Add salt, water then cover the pan until it gets well done cooked
6- You can add any vegetables you like
7- Add coconut, cook it for couple of minutes then leave it on as side.
8- Serve it with rice, decorate it with fried onion or fresh coriander.
