1- Sauté garlic, onion, spices, ground beef in oil. Press with a spoon and stir.
2- Add tomato paste and bring to a simmer until cooked.
3- Mix the béchamel ingredients (flour, milk powder, and water) and stir continuously over low heat until boiled.
4- Add the spices, pasta sauce, and butter then set aside.
5- On the serving plate, spread half of the spaghetti, half béchamel, stuffing and the rest of the spaghetti, béchamel, and cheese. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
