Ingredients

Toffee

  • cup sugar
  • can thick cream

First Layer

  • 1 cup flour
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 75 g Butter - melted
  • 4 piece Kiri cheese
  • 3 piece egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • tsp. Vanilla

Second Layer

  • cup Brown sugar
  • cup coconut
  • cup almond - shredded
  • 50 g Butter - melted

Preparation

1- Blender all first layr ingradiant for 1 minutes or until combain together. Butter the foam pan , then sprink some flour onit .

2- after that, mix second layer ingrediants , then sprinkle it over the batter, without pressed.

3- put in oven on 170 F for 30 minutes , then baked for a little .

4- prepare Toffee: gently heat the cream, sugar and butter together in a small pan until the sugar is dissolved.

5- Bring to the boil and then cook, uncovered for 4 minutes, until golden. Do not stir.

6- Leave to cool. When cold, beat in the icing sugar until smooth. Put it over cake.
