Pizza Pasta with Mascarpone Sauce

Ingredients

Decoration

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
  • green olives - sliced
  • cherry tomatoes - sliced
  • Chili Pepper - sliced
  • Colored pepper - sliced
  • 1/2 cup kashkaval

Ingredients of pasta

  • 500 g spaghetti - stortini
  • 1 can Mascarpone sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Oorgano
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • salt
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

1- boil the pasta with some salt
2- melt the butter and sauté in garlic, oregano, black pepper, paprika and salt, then add mascarpone sauce and water and bring to a boil
3- add the pasta to the mixture and stir to mix it with the sauce, then pour it into an oven glass tray
4- for the béchamel, in a pot, pour water, milk, flour, salt and black pepper, then whisk and continue whisking as you place pot on heat, continue until it comes to a boil and to become dense to the degree you want, finally add the cooking cream and incorporate it with the mixture
5- pour the batter to the pasta and divide evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese along with kashkaval cheese and the vegetables
6- place tray in a 180 Celsius oven and bake from bottom for 15 mins then bake from top until golden
