1- Make some cracks in the chicken so it gets the herbs flavor
2- Mix all the seasoning ingredients
3- Spread the seasoning mixture on the chicken and soak it for at least an hour.
4- Wrap a tray with some foil then place high roasting net on it then assemble the chicken.
5- Roast it in an 180 C oven for 50 minutes , try to flip it when the time is half way so it gets roasted from both sides.
For preparing wedges
6- Mix the wedges seasoning and potatoes
7- Mix it all then place it in a baking tray that is already foiled by foil
8- When it is cooked , roast the top by switching the upper part of the oven on so it gets crunchy.
