Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kilo Mushroom bread
  • 1 can feta cheese - 250g
  • 1 pack toast bread
  • 1/2 bunch Rocca - Slices
  • 2 Spoon Butter
  • 2 Spoon olive oil
  • 8 leaves basil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Preparation

1- Slice basil leaves

2- Wipe the mushroom with a dry towel and cut into thin slices

3- In a frying pan, put oil and butter. Add mushroom and stir on high heat.

4- Add black pepper, salt and basil.

5- Remove from heat. 

6- You may add 1 tbs of creamy cheese.

7- Cut bread slices in halves and toast.

8- Spread feta cheese over the toasted bread slices. Top with arugula and mushrooms and garnish with cherry tomatoes.
