1- Mix the marinade ingredients
2- Marinate the chicken (keep aside a quarter of the marinading sauce) for an hour or overnight in the fridge.
3- Spread the vegetable in an oven pan.
4- Drizzle the rest of marinade over the vegetables.
5- Put the chicken and cover the pan with the lid or foil.
6- Put in oven at 200 c for one hour and a half.
7- Fifteen minutes before the end, remove the lid so the chicken gets roasted.
8- Serve with rice or bread
