Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken - cut in quarters

Spices

  • paprika
  • Crushed Pepper
  • black pepper
  • Turmeric Powder

Vegetables

  • 1 head onion - Slices
  • 2 carrot - sliced
  • 2 zucchini - sliced
  • 2 Colored pepper - sliced
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 3 piece potatoe - diced

Chicken Dressing

  • 1 can yogurt
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Spoon olive oil
  • 2 Spoon mayonnaise
  • 2 Spoon white vinegar
  • 2 Spoon tomatoes puree
  • 3 tbsp. soya sauce
  • 1 lemon juice

Herbs

  • 2 Spoon dill - minced
  • 2 Spoon fresh coriander - minced
  • 2 Spoon Mints - minced
  • salt

Preparation

1- Mix the marinade ingredients
2- Marinate the chicken (keep aside a quarter of the marinading sauce) for an hour or overnight in the fridge.
3- Spread the vegetable in an oven pan.
4- Drizzle the rest of marinade   over the vegetables.
5- Put the chicken and cover the pan with the lid or foil.
6- Put in oven at 200 c for one hour and a half.
7- Fifteen minutes before the end, remove the lid so the chicken gets roasted.
8- Serve with rice or bread
