1- First Rice and Maash
2- Fry onion, garlic, coarse and smooth herbs, hot chili, fresh tomatoes, tomatoes pure and coriander then mix all together.
3- Add water and mash then cook it for about 10 minutes.
4- add rice then leave it to get well cooked.
5- Second flavoring mixture
6- Fry onion in oil until it gets Brown.
7- Add shrimps and the rest of the ingredients to it.
8- Cook it for couple of minutes then add it to the rice and leave it to get a bit dry.
